/ Case study
Spotz.ai is a solution to online video’s ad break problem and creates an improved online ad experience. When streaming, ad breaks happen when the screen fades black or abruptly in the middle of a scene, even interrupting dialogue mid-sentence. Their technology is able to detect natural advertisement breaks in video assets. They also take changes in the audio levels and other indicators into account to determine the probability for a real break in the action.
/ The results
The founders initiated a logo design for their new and emerging brand in the tech industry. I sketched and designed logo concepts that illustrated detection, hitting a spotlight on ad breaks in video assets. The logo variations are live on their website, presentation decks, digital formats, and customer-facing materials.
